This is absolutely inspiring speech for people who are looking for their own way in life - a right direction. Your goals and achievements in reality are inside of your mind, the main question is how to learn to listen your interior voice and how to get to know what you really want. There is no maroon - all the solutions are inside of our mind, we only should listen to our heart and get rid of fear and get face to face with the challenge. Looking on the road staying hungy and foolish!

My favorite part of that speech is where he talks about the things in his life that seemed like obstacles to his success but they turned out to be stepping stones instead. It's what we make of things in life....
